About the free trial. You are not charged until day 14. Cancel at any time during the 14 days and your trial license expires after day 14, with no charge. If you do nothing and want to keep the software, your card is charged on day 14 and your 1-year license is issued then.

Questions
How does the trial work?
Buying starts a 14-day free trial. Your card is collected at checkout but not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
A 14-day trial license is emailed to you immediately and is tied to your Machine ID. Three days before the trial ends, we send a reminder email. On day 14 your card is charged the cost of the software, and your full 1-year license is emailed to you and available in your account. Install it in the License panel.
Does a promotional price renew?
A promotional price applies to the first year only. Renewals are at the price in effect at renewal, or at a new promotional price if one is available then.
Refunds
After the trial, purchases are non-refundable. Cancel anytime to stop your next renewal; your license keeps working until the end of the term you paid for.
How many machines does a license cover?
One. A license is tied to the Machine ID of one machine. Buy an additional license for each other machine you want to use.
Can I move my license to a new machine?
Yes. Reissue the license to the new machine from your account. Until online accounts are live, contact support and we will do it.
What happens when the license expires?
NetSnap Survey goes back to free mode. Your saved surveys still open.
Does it need internet?
No. Licenses verify offline.
Which versions of Windows does it run on?
Windows 10 and 11. macOS and Linux versions are planned.
